In questa ricetta il gusto prevalente è quello del lime!
Anche se poco usato, spesso è confuso con il limone. In realtà non è lo stesso agrume, pur appartenendo alla stessa famiglia.
Il lime contiene molta vitamina C (che ha un potere antiossidante e potenzia le difese immunitarie), vitamine del gruppo B (utili per il sistema nervoso), sali minerali (soprattutto il potassio e magnesio), acido folico, flavonoidi, mucillagini e acidi organici.
La cosa che sorprende di più del lime è che pur essendo aspro, è un naturale antiacido gastrico!
Questo favorisce la digestione ed ha notevoli proprietà toniche, rinfrescanti, antidiarroiche, diuretiche, antisettiche e battericide.
Ricetta per circa 15 biscotti al lime, farina di grano saraceno e farina di mais:
- 50 gr farina di grano saraceno
- 50 gr farina di mais
- 200 gr farina 0
- 110 gr zucchero di canna
- 40 ml succo di lime (2 lime)
- 90 ml olio di semi
Mescola le farine tra loro. A parte sbatti lo zucchero con il succo dei lime e poi aggiungi l’olio. Unisci quest’ultimo alle farine.
Amalgama bene il tutto e forma i biscotti appiattendoli bene.
Cuoci in forno statico a 170°C per 20 min circa.
